This large poolscape and deck renovation was a solution to a tired backyard, with limited entertaining space for guests. Extensive natural stone walls retain the upper pool deck from a lower walk out basement access. A new cedar deck with glass railings allows creative access to the poolside lounge over a wood bridge. Interlocking stone throughout provides updated casual surfacing around the pool, and a new pergola adds sitting space with a perspective view back towards the house. A large basalt rock column is installed as a special central water bubbler. Nearby hot tub built into the deck completes the poolside experience.
